My journey in construction did not begin in a classroom. It began with real hands-on experience in Serbia, working alongside my father in his electrical company. From an early age, I was exposed to the realities of building, repairing, and understanding the systems that keep a home running.
Those early years taught me that construction is about more than tools and materials. Every home is made up of many elements that must function in harmony, from structure and electrical systems to plumbing and finishing work. Learning how these parts interact and how to solve problems correctly shaped the way I approach every project today.
Working side by side with experienced craftsmen also instilled values that continue to guide my work. Hard work, integrity, careful attention to detail, and pride in doing things the right way became the foundation of my professional approach.
Over time, I continued to build on that experience and developed strong skills in construction supervision. This perspective allows me to understand both the hands-on side of the work and the importance of proper planning, coordination, and quality control.

My professional development continued through formal construction education in the United States, where I focused on the practical standards that ensure projects are built correctly. From the coastal climate of Florida to the unique soil conditions and demanding weather here in Texas, I gained a deeper understanding of how materials, planning, and skilled workmanship contribute to building structures that are durable and reliable.
